AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	The aim of this course is to teach students the use of Parametric Linear Programming, Integer Programming, Network Models, Decision Theory, Queuing Theory, Dynamic Programming, Goal Programming and Nonlinear Programming models and solution techniques in making resource usage decisions.
İçerik:	Parametric Linear Programming, Goal Programming, Integer Programming, Non-Linear and Quadratic Programming, Decision and Decision Theory, Network Analysis, Dynamic Programming, Markow Chain and Analysis, Queuing Theory.

Describes linear and nonlinear programming techniques.
It solves the Integer, Dynamic Programming etc. models it encounters.
Optimizes models.
Analyzes real life problems using appropriate methods.
Evaluates the results of established programming models.
