Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is to develop students' skills on sweets and to specialize on various types of desserts. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
The contents of this course are pastries, desserts, syrup desserts, milk desserts, chocolates, international desserts, dessert decorations, candies and jams. |
