AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	The aim of the course is to provide students with the ability to practically learn the management and organizational structures, processes and information flow of businesses by applying the theoretical knowledge they have learned in the courses to the management units of businesses, and to make analysis and applications on these issues.
İçerik:	Company Information - History - Vision and Mission, Organizational Chart and Department Information, Company Products - Sector, Facility Layout, Management and Decision Making Techniques and Models, Strategic Planning and Management, Personnel Recruitment - In-Service Training, Job Evaluation - Remuneration - Motivation, Quality Management System - Documentation, Performance Measurement - Three Efficiency Indicators, Marketing Strategies and CRM, Network Network, MRP - ERP Software Examples, Package Programs and Applications Used, Preparation of the Resettlement Plan, Capacity Calculations, Examination of the Current Location with Site Selection Techniques, One Product Production Planning for - Loading and Sorting, Planning with MsProject, Simulation Application.
