AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The objective of the course is to teach motion and time study techniques for job improvement about the examination of labor and machine works and material movements in a job or production process, along with all the relations, systematic investigation of all factors that are effective on the business to improve the current situation.
İçerik: Work Study Concepts, Work Study and Productivity, Method Study and Recording Techniques, Layout Plan, Material Handling and Flow, Movements of Workers and Charts, Principles of Motion Economy, Micro Motion Study, Work Measurement, Time Study, Calculation of Standard Time, Work Sampling.

Know and apply the methods of motion study.
Know the concept of productivity and improvement areas of productivity.
Determine the elements of work processes and to be able to record them to charts and diagrams
Examine the elements of work processes by criticizing and eliminate the unnecessary elements so as to combine the necessary elements in improved methods.
Establish good relationships with managers and workers
Know and apply Time Study, Work Sampling, Group Timing technics.
Know and apply Predetermined Time Study systems.
Calculate machining time by using formulations.
