OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Ceza hukukunun temel kavramları, ceza hukukuna egemen olan temel ilkeler ele alınarak, Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun uygulanması, suç kavramı, suçun unsurları, cezalar, güvenlik tedbirleri konuları hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ceza Hukuku Kavramı ve Ceza Hukukunun Temel İlkeleri, Ceza Hukuku Kurallarının Yer ve Zaman Bakımından Uygulanması, Suçun Maddi Unsurları, Suçun Manevi Unsurları, Kusurluluk Kavramı ve Kusurluluğu Etkileyen Haller, Hukuka Uygunluk Nedenleri, Meşru Savunma, Suçun Özel Görünüş Şekilleri: Teşebbüs, İştirak, İçtima, Zincirleme Suç ve Suçta Tekerrür, Genel Olarak Ceza Hukuku Yaptırımları, Güvenlik Tedbirleri, Cezaların İnfazı, Davanın ve Cezaların Düşmesi, Dava Zamanaşımı ve Ceza Zamanaşımı konularını içerir.

Ceza Hukuku Kavramı ve Ceza Hukukunun Temel İlkeleri konularını öğrenir.
Ceza hukuku kurallarının yer ve zaman bakımından nasıl uygulanacağını bilir.
Suç kavramı, suçun maddi ve manevi unsurları ve suçun özel görünüş şekillerini tanımlar.
Suçun unsurlarından fiil, hareket, netice, konu, kast ve taksir konularını değerlendirir.
Bir eylemin suç teşkil edip etmediğini ve suç teşkil eden eylemlerin yaptırımlarının ne olacağını yorumlar.
Dava zamanaşımı ve ceza zamanaşımı nedenlerini değerlendirir.
