Our university accepts students with horizontal transfer within the quota in accordance with the "REGULATION ON JOINT EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS BETWEEN TURKISH HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS ABROAD" to associate degree/undergraduate programs.
