The Department of Information Systems and Technologies accepts students through lateral transfer into its associate’s and bachelor’s degree programs, subject to available capacity, in accordance with the “Regulations on the Principles Governing Transfers Between Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree Programs, Double Majors, Minors, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfers at Higher Education Institutions.”
All students wishing to transfer into the Information Systems and Technologies program through the Vertical Transfer process will be placed by ÖSYM provided they take the Vertical Transfer Exam and achieve the required score. Students who meet all requirements are thus eligible to pursue a four-year bachelor’s degree program at our university. In addition, associate degree students at Istanbul Gelişim University who secure a spot in the paid quota through the DGS are eligible for a 50% tuition scholarship.
