Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Diyabet ve ayak sağlığı arasındaki ilişkiyi ve diyabet sonucu ayakta görülen problemleri öğretmektir. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Diyabet ve sistemik etkileri, diyabetik ayak sendromuna yol açan nedenler, onikomikoz, tuzak nöropatiler ve diyabetik ayak sendromlarında osteomyelit, ayakta görülen diyabetik nöropatilerin oluşum mekanizması, diyabetik ayak sendromuna yol açan nedenleri önleme mekanizmaları I, diyabetik ayak yaralanmalarının cerrahi ve medikal tedavisi, diyabetik ayakta görülen dermatolojik problemler, tıkayıcı damar hastalıkları, diyabetik nöropatik osteoartropati ve septik tromboz, diyabetik ayak tedavisinde podoloğun görev yetki ve sorumlulukları konularını içermektedir. |
