OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Podolojinin temel ilkeleri, tıbbi teşhisler ve tedavi planı, tıbbi talimatların gerçekleştirilmesi ve hekimlerle iş birliği, ayak bakımında kullanılacak aletlerin kullanılması ve temizliğini öğretmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Protez tırnakların çeşitleri ve uygulaması, tırnak düzeltme klipsleri ve uygulaması, tırnak kreasyonlarını uygulama becerisini kazandırmak, ortezlar ve uygulaması ponza taşı ya da ayak törpüsü ile sertleşmiş ayak topuklarını temizlemek, ayak bakımında karşılaşılabilen sorunlar, ayak bakımında kullanılacak ekipmanların düzenlenmesi, özel bandajlar, baskı azaltmaları ve sürtünmeden koruma, podolojik uygulamaların yapılacağı mekanların dekorasyonunda dikkat edilmesi gereken, hususlar, podolojik uygulamaların yasal sorumlulukları, ayak bakımında kullanılan ekipmanların sterilizasyonu, ayak bakımında kullanılan ekipmanların sterilizasyonu podolojik uygulamaların yapılacağı mekanların dezenfeksiyonu.

Ara eleman olarak görev yapacağı sağlık bilimleri alanındaki temel bilgilerle donanmış olma ve bu bilgileri uygulamada yetkinlik kazanır.
İlgili olduğu sağlık alanı ile ilgili olarak bilgi ve teknolojiye erişim yolları ve araçlarını kullanmada yetkinlik kazanır.
Bilgi verici ve etkili bir yolla hastalarla iletişim kurup yapılması gereken işlemleri yapabilir.
İlgili sorunları bilimsel veriler/kanıtlar doğrultusunda tespit edip çözüm üretir.
