OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Pazar araştırmalarının önemi, pazarlama problemlerine ilişkin bilginin toplanması, analizinde kullanılacak araştırma yöntemlerinin ve metodolojinin kavranmasıdır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Pazar araştırmalarının pazarlama yönetimi ve marka yönetimi içinde yeri ve önemi, araştırma sorunlarının belirlenmesinden veri toplanmasına, değerlendirilmesine varan süreç, kalitatif ve kantitatif veri toplama teknikleri, tüketici iç görüsü tespiti, marka yönetimi içinde toplanan bilginin değerlendirilmesi ve stratejiye dönüştürülmesidir.
