OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Sağlık hizmetleri ve sağlıkla ilgili yasal düzenlemelerin incelenmesidir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu ders; Sağlık Mevzuatı ile İlgili Temel Kavramlar, Sağlık Hizmetlerinin Sunumu ile İlgili Mevzuat , Özel Sağlık Kuruluşları ile İlgili Mevzuat, Sağlık Hizmetleri Finansmanı ile İlgili Mevzuat, Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri ile İlgili Mevzuat, Sağlık Personelinin Hak ve Yükümlülükleri ile İlgili Mevzuat, Tıbbi Uygulama Hataları ile İlgili Kavramlar ve Hekimin Sorumluluğu, Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Ceza Hukuku Sorumluluğu, Kamu ve Çevre Sağlığı ile İlgili Mevzuat, Hasta Hakları ve Uluslararası Bildirgeler, Hastanın Aydınlatılması ve Onama, Satın Alma Mevzuatı, Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı Nedir?, Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı Çerçevesindeki Uygulamalar, konularını içermektedir.
