OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Understanding the mechanisms and practices used in the pathology histochemistry technique
Contents of the Course Unit: Connective tissue, carbohydrates , proteins, nucleic acids, amyloid , lipids, pigments and minerals, the neuroendocrine system , central nervous system , enzymes, live disease agents, conventional dyeing properties and dyeing mechanism of cytoplasmic organelles and other components.

It defines the properties and dye staining of connective tissue.
Defines the painting and staining properties of carbohydrates.
Define the structure of the featured properties located in the tissue staining and painting.
