Objectives of the Course Unit: | Understanding the mechanisms and practices used in the pathology histochemistry technique |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Connective tissue, carbohydrates , proteins, nucleic acids, amyloid , lipids, pigments and minerals, the neuroendocrine system , central nervous system , enzymes, live disease agents, conventional dyeing properties and dyeing mechanism of cytoplasmic organelles and other components. |
