OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Applied in pathology laboratories immunofluorescence , FISH, SISH , CISH , flow cytometry, WB, SB , the implementation of the basic features of grasping professional field of PCR techniques , to solve the problems encountered in practice, to evaluate the technical aspects of the results.
Contents of the Course Unit: Immunohistochemistry , immunofluorescence , FISH, SISH , CISH , flow cytometry, WB, SB , the basic principles of PCR techniques.
