OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; Öğrencilerin Türk ve Dünya havacılık tarihini genel olarak bilmesini, havacılık sektörünün Dünyada ve Türkiye’de genel durumu hakkında fikir sahibi olmalarını, hava araçlarının ve havaalanlarını genel olarak tanımalarını ve özelliklerini bilmelerini sağlamaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; Türk ve dünya havacılık tarihinde adı geçen havacıların çalışmaları, buluşları ve başarıları. Havacılık sektörünün faaliyet alanları (işletmeler, hizmetler, bakım ve imalat). Hava araçlarının fonksiyonları, sınıfları ve türleri. Ulusal ve uluslararası havacılık kuruluşları. Ulusal ve uluslararası havaalanlarının kapasiteleri ve kategorileri hakkında genel bilgiler.
