OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı Yeni Medya bölümü öğrencilerinin bilişim hukukuna ilişkin temel kavramları ve ilkeleri tanımlayabilmesi, bilişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan hukuki sorunları değerlendirebilmesi, bilişim alanında işlenen suçlar ve bunlara karşı alınması gereken önlemler konusunda bilgi sahibi olmasıdır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bilişim Hukukuna ilişkin güncel gelişmeler, konu hakkındaki ulusal ve uluslararası yargı kararları, emsal teşkil eden olaylar.
