OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; öğrencilere matematikle ilgili temel kavramlar hakkında bilgi verilmesi ve matematiğin öneminin ve analitik düşünce kavramının benimsetilmesidir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, matematiksel modelleme ,sayı sistemleri ve temel özellikleri, fonksiyonlar, tek değişkenli fonksiyonlar-lineer modeller, türevler, non-lineer fonksiyonların türevi, türevin uygulamaları ve maksimum ve minumum, fonksiyonların grafiklerinin çizimi, teğet doğru yaklaşımı ve diferensiyeller, türevin iktisadi uygulamaları, çok değişkenli fonksiyonlar, lokal extremumlar, çok değişkenli fonksiyonların iktisadi uygulamaları

Fonksiyon özellikleri, birinci ve ikinci dereceden fonksiyonların grafiklerini yorumlar.(Kavrama, Bloom 2)

Fonksiyonların istenen noktadakini limitini hesaplayabilir. Fonksiyon grafiğinden limit okuyabilir, verilen bir noktadaki sürekliliğini belirleyebilir.(Değerlendirme, Bloom 5)
Türevi limit yardımıyla tanımlayabilir, Verilen fonksiyonun türevini türev alma kurallarıyla bulabilir.(Bilgi, Bloom 1)
