OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	21. Yüzyılda ekonomik ve sosyal yaşam içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan ulaşım konusunun, ekonomi teorileri çerçevesinde analiz edilmesi dersin amacını oluşturmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriğini; ulaştırma ekonomisi kavramı içerisinde yer alan ulaşım talebi modellemesi, ulaşım maliyetleri, ulaşım tahminlemesi, ulaşımda güncel sorunlar gibi konular oluşturmaktadır.

Ulaştırma ekonomisi ile ilgili temel kavramları tanımlar.

Ulaşım ile ilgili teorik konularda veya yaşanan güncel sorunları; refah ekonomisi, fayda maliyet analizi ve benzeri yaklaşımları kullanarak değerlendirir.
Ulaşım sisteminin süreçleri ile bu süreçlere ait verileri, ekonomik ve finansal akıl yürütme ile açıklar.
