OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, öğrencilerin Türk idare yapılanmasını daha iyi anlamasını, siyaset-kamu yönetimi etkileşimini ortaya koyabilmesini, kamu ve siyaset politikalarının yapım sürecini etkileyen faktörleri analiz edebilmesini sağlamaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, öğrencilere kamu yönetimi düşüncesinin tarihsel gelişimini, Türk kamu yönetiminin örgütlenmesini ve işleyişini, bürokrasi ve Türk idari reformları konusunda verilecek genel bilgileri ve kamu yönetiminin denetimiyle ilgili konuları kapsamaktadır.

Modern kamu yönetimine yönelik yaklaşımları ve ilkeleri vaka analizleri içerisinde uygular.
Kamu yönetimi ve siyaset bilimi disiplininde kullanılan kavramları hatırlayıp sıralar.
