OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders ile öğrencinin; Depolama ve Envanter yönetimi kavramları hakkında bilgi vermek ve lojistik faaliyetlerinin yönetiminde depolama, stok ve envanter kavramlarını anlaması ve bu kavramlara dair uygulamalar yapabilme becerisi sağlanacaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; Depolama yönetimi ve sistemleri, depolama fonksiyonları, raf sistemleri, malzeme elden geçirme sistemleri, ambalajlama maliyetleri ile envanter yönetimi, talep analizi ile analiz yöntemleri, envanter maliyetleri ve envanter maliyetlerinin kontrolü ile çağdaş envanter izleme ve yönetim sistemleri

Depolama ve envanter yönetimi hakkında temel bilgileri hatırlayarak depolama ve maliyet kavramları arasındaki ilişkiyi anlar.
Depo yönetim sistemleri, Stok Yönetimi ve Envanter Kontrolü kavramları arasındaki ilişkileri anlayarak bütünsel bir analiz becerisi kazanır.
Türkiye'deki lojistik işletmelerinin faaliyetlerinin sürekliliğinde depolama ve envanter yönetiminin önemini saptayabilir.
Lojistik İşletmelerinde maliyetlerin belirlenmesi, derecelendirilmesi ile yönetilmesine ilişkin stratejileri analiz eder.
