OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to gain knowledge about the students with a broad and holistic approach to business administration and business administration by introducing the basic concepts of business and business administration.
Contents of the Course Unit: Introduction to Management, Fundamentals of Management at Work, Historical Development of Management, Leadership, Planning, Organization, Directing, Coordination, Control and Creativity.
