Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce concepts related with international business and give a global point of view regarding the management of international companies. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include definition and scope of international business, international market penetration, the process of turning into an international institution, organizational structures in international institutions and administrative problems, Franchise agreements application examples, international environment, environmental analysis in international institutions, working environment analysis in international institutions, environmental powers effecting international institutions, marketing activities in international institutions, human resources management in international institutions, managing diversity in international institutions and electronic commerce and its effects on international business. |
