OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, uluslararası biletleme ve rezervasyon kavram, süreç ve kurallarını ve seyahat acentalarında kullanılan uluslararası rezervasyon sistemleri olan Amadeus ve Galileo sistemlerini uygulamalı olarak öğretmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Temel Bilet Satış ve Rezervasyon Kavramları, Tek Yönlü Yolculuklar, Gidiş-Dönüş (Return) Yolculuklar, Özel Ücretler, Add-on Kavramı, Bilet Üzerinde Yapılan İşlemler, Amadeus ve Galileo Programları.

Merkezi rezervasyon sistemi aracılığı ile rezervasyon oluşturur, rezervasyonu ücretlendirir, müşteri özel taleplerini sisteme girer ve biletleme yapar.
