OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; Cumhuriyet devri Türk romanının oluşum sürecini ve gelişimini etkileyen tarihi, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik süreçler bağlamında belirli sanatsal eğilimleri ve dönemleri, bunları temsil kabiliyeti olan romanları ve romancıları öğrencilere tanıtmak;örnek metinlerden yola çıkarak roman incelemesi yapmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Derste; örnek metinler çerçevesinde Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türk romanı kronolojik ve tematik biçimde değerlendirilmektedir. Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türk romanına yön veren sosyal, siyasal ve kültürel süreçler açıklanmakta, bunların edebiyat üzerine etkisi değerlendirilmektedir. Cumhuriyet Döeneminin belli başlı yazarları ve eserleri tanıtılmaktadır.

Cumhuriyet Döneminde Türk romancılığını dönemsel ve tematik olarak inceler.
Bu dönemde eser veren belli başlı yazarları ve eserlerini sıralar.
Bu dönemde yazılmış eserleri içerik ve teknik açıdan inceler.
Modernizmi ve 1950 sonrası Türk romancılığına etkisini açıklar.
