OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the basic knowledge of the theory of crime and sanctions within the framework of legislation, jurisprudence and doctrinal views and the principles and importance of criminal law. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the basic principles of criminal law, the sources of criminal law, the application of the rules of criminal law in terms of place, time and person, legality of criminal law, the material element, the moral element and illegality, faultiness, security measures, the reasons that terminate the relationship between the case and the penalty and the provisions of these matters in Turkish criminal law. |
