Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve aptitude for evaluating the human rights concept within the process of historical development, interaction between political, economic and social aspects, analysing problem areas, national and international control mechanisms regarding human rights. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include, state theory regarding human rights, classification of human rights and historical/intellectual background, generation rights and national and international control mechanisms. |
