OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, öğrenciye, ülkelerin idari yapıları, kamu bütçesi, kamu kesiminin faaliyetleri gibi kamunun mali konuları hakkında yorumlayabilme becerisini kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Kamu maliyesi tanımı işlevi, kamusal mallar, Kamu harcamaları analizi, Dışsallık, vergileme gibi konuları içermektedir.
