OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; devletin temel mali aracı olan bütçenin gerek teorik gerekse teknik açıdan içeriğinin ele alınması ve bütçeleme teorileri ile bütçeleme süreci üzerine değerlendirme yapmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; bütçe kavramı ve gelişimi, devlet bütçesinin özellikleri, devlet bütçesinin ilkeleri, devlet bütçesinin türleri, Türk kamu maliyesinde bütçeleme süreçleri, aktörleri ve bütçenin denetimi gibi konulardan oluşmaktadır.
