OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı; hukukun yapısı ve içeriğinin felsefe tarihindeki analizi ve hukuk anlayışlarındaki değişimler, hukuk ve felsefe arasındaki ilişki, benzerlikler, ayrılıklar ile Hukuk Felsefesi’nin temelini oluşturan kavramlar ve insan hakları düşüncesinin felsefi ve politik gelişimi konusunda, öğrencilere temel bir bilgi ve bakış açısı kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriğini, felsefe ve hukuk ilişkileri, hak ve adalet kavramları, doğal ve pozitif hukuk kuramları, toplum sözleşmesi, hukuk ve özgürlük arasındaki ilişki ve insan haklarının ontolojik ve tarihsel temelleri oluşturmaktadır.

Hukuk’un yapısını, içeriğini, felsefi olarak nasıl sorgulandığını ve temel insan haklarını bilir.
Felsefi sorgulamayı insan hakları ve hukuk üzerinden geliştirir.
Doğal Hukuk ve Pozitif Hukuk’un temellerini ve karşıtlıklarını ayırt eder.
Filozofların ortaya koydukları farklı toplum sözleşmesi kuramlarını karşılaştırır.
İnsan haklarının ontolojik ve tarihsel temellerine ilişkin felsefi kuramları eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla çözümler.
