OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersle öğrencilere dış ticaret pratikleri ile ilgili ülkelerin sahip olması gereken gümrük mevzuatına uygunluğunun ve Türkiye’nin dış ticaret mevzuatının ve rejiminin detaylıca irdelenerek öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, gümrük mevzuatına genel bakış ve temel kavramlar, bağlayıcı tarife ve bağlayıcı menşei bilgisi, gümrük tarifesi ve eşyanın tarife pozisyonlarına ayrılması, gümrük vergilerinin tahakkuku, tebliği ve ödenmesi, gümrük vergilerinde muafiyet ve istisnalar, liman ve antrepo işlemleri, yükümlülüklere uyulması durumunda karşılaşılacak cezalar, serbest bölge kavramı ve içeriği, Gümrük Birliği’nin Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri, gümrük rejimleri ve bu rejimlerin Türk Dış Ticaretine katkıları, Gümrük Müşavir yetki ve sorumlulukları, dış ticaret teşvikleri ve dış ticarette ulusal ve uluslararası kuruluşlar konularını kapsamaktadır.

Gümrük mevzuatı ve Türk dış ticaret rejimiyle ilgili temel kavramları ayrıntılı olarak tanımlar
Dış ticaretin faaliyetlerinin gümrük rejimine uygunluğunu yasaları göz önünde bulundurarak açıklar
Gümrük Birliğinin Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkilerini makroekonomik istatistiklerden yararlanarak analiz eder
Tarım ürünlerinde uygulanan dış ticaret rejimini örnekler üzerinden analiz eder.
Sanayi ürünlerinde uygulanan dış ticaret rejimini örnekler üzerinden analiz eder.
