OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere bir süpervizör danışmanlığında kuruluş ortamında sosyal hizmet müdahalelerini gerçekleştirmelerini ve böylece deneyim kazanmalarına olanak sağlamaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin odağında kuruluştaki sosyal hizmeti ilgilendiren sorun ve ihtiyaçların belirlenmesi ve bunlara yönelik mesleki müdahale planının hazırlanması bulunmaktadır.

Rapor yazma dersinde almış olduğu rapor yazma teknikleriyle müracaatçısına ilişkin rapor eder.
Lisans düzeyinde öğrenmiş olduğu kuram bilgileriyle uygulamayı ayırt eder.
Önceki dönemlerde almış olduğu politika bilgisiyle, staj yaptığı kuruma ilişkin politika tasarlar.
Yönetici davranışlarını öğrenerek, staj sonrasında çalışacağı kurumda yönetici pozisyonundaki davranışları düzenler.
Organizasyon şemalarını özümseyerek, çalışacağı kurumlarda yeniden düzenleme yapar.
Öğrenmiş olduğu sosyal hizmet kurumlarında bulunan etik değerlerle birlikte müracaatçılarıyla görüşürken davranış teknikleri geliştirir.
