OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders ile öğrencilere sosyal hizmetin yapısı ve yönetimi hakkında bilgi vermek, bu bilgiler ışığında sosyal hizmet örgütlerinin işleyişini anlatmaktır. Bunu yaparken yönetim, yönetim yapıları, örgüt ve örgüt teorilerine ilişkin kavramları öğretmek ve sosyal hizmet kurumlarının da profesyonel bir yaklaşımla yönetilmesi gerektiğini öğrencinin anlamasını sağlamaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Yönetim, yönetim yapıları, örgüt ve örgüt teorilerine ilişkin kavramları öğretmek ve sosyal hizmet kurumlarının da profesyonel bir yaklaşımla yönetilmesi gerektiğini öğrencinin anlamasını sağlamaktır.
