OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Uçuş sırasında yolculara sunulan hizmetlerin toplamıdır. Gelişen teknik ve modernizasyonun yanı sıra günümüz şartlarına bağlı olarak, catering planlaması kapsamlı ve ayrıntılı bir aktivitedir. Yolcu önündeki yemek tepsisinin yolcunun önüne gelinceye kadar birçok aşama öğrenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
