OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide students with a general knowledge about the job description and responsibilities of all personnel involved in flight operations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Flight safety, Passenger satisfaction and comfort, Duties and responsibilities of Cabin Services Manager, Pilot, Cabin Quality Supervisor and Cabin Crew, Pre-flight and post-flight duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, number and composition of cabin crew, flight duty time, tenure, attention at the hotel the required rules and the documents and documents that must be carried by the cabin crew.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Knows the service principles of cabin crew.
Learns the duties and responsibilities of all personnel in the flight crew.
Knows the tasks to be done before and after the flight.
Learns the rules that the cabin crew should pay attention to at the hotel, the items and documents that the cabin crew should or should not carry, and the uniforms and appearance rules of the cabin crew.
