OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Veri güvenliği ve uygulamalarının hukuki boyutu hakkında farkındalık kazandırmak, bu alanda yürülükte olan hukuki düzenlemeler hakkında bilgilendirmek.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bilişim hukukunun önemi ve yeri; İnternet üzerinde sözleşmenin kurulması; Bilişim Teknolojileri ve İş Hukuku; Elektronik ticaret; Elektronik imza; İnternette Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları; Bilişim ve kişilik hakları; Bilişim ile birlikte ortaya çıkan suç tipleri; İnternet yayıncılığı ve uluslararası hukuk; Bilişim hukuku ve veri güvenliği; Hak ihlallerinde uygulanacak prosedür; Erişimin engellenmesi.

Alanındaki eylemlerini sınırlayan hukuki düzenlemeler hakkında bilgi sahibi olur.
Stratejileri belirlerken teknik yeterliliklerin yanısıra hukuki uygunlukları da değerlendirir.
