OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To develop the knowledge and skills expected of a finance manager, in relation to investment, financing, and dividend policy decisions.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course , an introduction to human resource management , human resource planning, job analysis and job descriptions, employment who find and selection, training and development , career management , job evaluation , performance appraisal, compensation management, industrial relations, will provide information on occupational safety and personnel issues.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Determines the most appropriate time series method and calculates the values ​​of the initial parameters
Compares different forecasting methods using error criteria and makes choices by interpreting the results
Solves demand forecasting problems
Defines the designed, effective and actual capacity levels and explains the relationships between them. Determines capacity performance with efficiency and injury rates.
Calculates and solves related problems for single or multiple items of equipment numbers and when there is uncertain demand for a particular item
Solves multi-plant installation problems by using optimal solution techniques. Develop mathematical model for placement and sharing problems and find solution using software.
