OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
To develop the knowledge and skills expected of a finance manager, in relation to investment, financing, and dividend policy decisions. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
In this course , an introduction to human resource management , human resource planning, job analysis and job descriptions, employment who find and selection, training and development , career management , job evaluation , performance appraisal, compensation management, industrial relations, will provide information on occupational safety and personnel issues. |

Determines the most appropriate time series method and calculates the values of the initial parameters |
Compares different forecasting methods using error criteria and makes choices by interpreting the results |
Solves demand forecasting problems |
Defines the designed, effective and actual capacity levels and explains the relationships between them. Determines capacity performance with efficiency and injury rates. |
Calculates and solves related problems for single or multiple items of equipment numbers and when there is uncertain demand for a particular item |
Solves multi-plant installation problems by using optimal solution techniques. Develop mathematical model for placement and sharing problems and find solution using software. |
