OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Knowledge of basic pharmacology in the nursing field and understands the vital importance of the principles, skills and knowledge necessary for the practice of medicine, with members of the profession who are aware of their responsibilities is to educate
Contents of the Course Unit: Pharmaceutical forms and routes of drug administration, Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics, Central Nervous System Drugs, Cardiovascular System Drugs, Autonomic Nervous System Drugs, Respiratory System Drugs, Digestive System Drugs Endocrine System Drugs, Toxicology and Drug Side Effects, Drug Addiction and Treatment

Learns the mechanism of action of drugs, the effects and side effects to the body.
On systems that are effective drugs are viewed in different groups.
Learns Drugs interact with each other .
Drug types and administration's way to the patient knows.
Knows the proper treatment of drug poisoning.
Drug dose calculation of the loss of unnecessary drug use is learned.
