Objectives of the Course Unit: Learning about administrative structure of Turkey, topics and problems about public administration,
Contents of the Course Unit: Administrative structure of Turkey, Local governments and working principles of all main government offices.

Define centralized administration, capital and local government offices.
Explain the duties and authorizations of local governments, decentralization offices and Independent regulatory agency.
