OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Hukukun temel kavram ve kurumlarını tanıtmak, hem güncel yaşamda hem de alınmakta olan eğitimin çeşitli yerlerinde karşılaştıkları kavramların içeriğine ilişkin bilgilerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Hukuk kurallarının özellikleri ve diğer sosyal düzen kurallarından ayırımı, çağdaş hukuk sistemleri, hukukta derleme hareketi ve Türk Hukukunun derlenmesi, yaptırım ve çeşitleri, kamu hukuku, özel hukuk, karma hukuk dalları ve alt ayrımları, Türk pozitif hukuku ve sorunları, hukukun çeşitli açılardan uygulanması, hak, hak sahipliği ve ehliyet kavramları, sorumluluk ve sorumluluğun işletilmesi.

Hukukun konu, yöntem ve yazılı-yazısız kaynaklar ile yardımcı kaynaklarının ne olduğunu açıklar.
Anayasa, ceza, idare, medeni, borçlar, icra-iflas hukuku gibi özel ve kamu hukukun alt dallarına ilişkin sınıflandırır.
Yasama, yürütme ve yargı erklerinin yetkileri ile özel hukuk ve kamu hukuku arasında ayrımı açıklar.
Hukuki olay, hukuki fiil, hukuki işlem kavramlarını ve kavramlar arasındaki farkları açıklar.
