OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The definition and benefits of biomedical technology, magnetism, description of electric current, electrical energy, source generators, direct current, alternating current, electromagnetism, resistance capacitor, its own coils, its transformation and its use in electrical circuits. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Definition and classification of medical devices, mechanical, electrical and electronic devices, diagnostic and treatment devices, provision of devices, issues and features to be considered in the preparation of specifications, control of purchased devices and training of personnel who will use them, preventive maintenance, definition and use of special program devices , minor repairs of devices that can be done by the user, providing and keeping spare parts and consumables, programming general orders. |
