OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply Step Aerobic techniques at basic level.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; concepts related with Step Aerobics, working principles, introduction of auxiliary materials, their use patterns and basic techniques of Step Aerobics.

Describe the basic concepts related with Step aerobic practices.
Describe the implementation guidelines for support materials of Step Aerobic
