OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge and skills to apply air rifle and air pistol shooting techniques in accordance with the rules of shooting competitions and tournaments. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course includes the introduction of Polygon and Safety Rules, Understanding of Shooting Equipments, Warmup and Stretching in Shooting, Basic Shooting Positions and Techniques, Air Rifle Training, Air Pistol Training and Air Gun Shooting Practices. |
