OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the ability to practice group choreographies including fitness exercises at the basic level with rhythm.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; Definition of group fitness, Historical development, purposes and benefits of Group Fitness, Planning of group fitness, Rhythm knowledge, Choreography formation, Group fitness exercises, Group cycling exercises, General, special, regional and Strength group exercises.

Describe concepts related with group fitness
Explain the general rules for fitness exercise applications
Apply the basic techniques of group fitness exercises with rhythm
Apply Group Fitness choreographies at a basic level
