Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to help the students to gain the ability to apply the defense and stroke combinations of the boxing with the right technique. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Content of the course contains historical development of boxing, basic concepts, competition rules and points, guard taking, defense techniques, stroke techniques, stroke combinations. |
