OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge and skills to classify the teaching methods of the techniques specific to this sports according to the weapon types and to be able to calculate the points of shooting according to the rules of shooting competitions and tournaments, and to acquire the knowledge and skill to apply air rifle-air pistol shots by using advanced standing and gripping styles.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course include rules of shooting contest, learning the shooting equipments, warming and stretching in shooting, advanced standing and gripping style exercises, advanced techniques of air rifle shooting, advanced techniques of air pistol shooting, scoring in shooting, air rifle-gun special teaching methods, advanced training techniques in shooting, participation of a professional athlete in the course; theoretical discussion and observation in practice, air rifle-air pistol shooting exercises; long range shots, air rifle-air pistol shooting practices and close range shots.

Tell advanced training techniques specific to
Practice Imagery in shooting
Calculate points according to competition rules when applying air rifle and air pistol shots
Apply the Air rifle-air pistol shots using advanced standing and grip style.
Teach shooting techniques according to different weapon types and determine the appropriate teaching method according to the characteristics of the technique.
