OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge necessary to prepare the training program specific for Teakwondo.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; basic concepts about training planning, basic principles in teaching Teakwondo techniques, methods and applications according to age groups in teaching Teakwondo techniques, methodical principles, field and equipment knowledge, clothing, belts, ground materials, hand and foot equipment, technical errors and correction methods, strength, endurance, agility and flexibility trainings in Teakwondo, methods of preparing specific training programs for Teakwondo.

Explain the basic information about training planning.
Teach basic techniques specific for Teakwond
Apply appropriate teaching methods according to age groups in the teaching of specific techniques.
Evaluate the fitness of the content of the program by examining the training programs specific to Teakwondo.
Prepare a training program specific for Teakwondo.
