OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to gain basic knowledge and skills about food styling and photography.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course; basic design principles, preparing, decorating and decorating plates, basic knowledge and skills related to food photography will be seen.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Create table-top composition for photographing products .
Know the special requirements of food photography .
Make the light settings necessary for small objects to be photographed .
Apply the plans knowing the importance of them in necessary conditions .
