Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course; human resources planning and management concepts, explaining the importance of human resources planning is to provide an understanding.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes human resources planning, human resources planning process, factors affecting planning, human resources demand, human resources supply, recruitment.
