OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide the students with a basic understanding of the conceptual and theoretical knowledge about motivation and to use these theories for themselves and their environment in their social and professional lives.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course is about the definition of motivation, the factors that affect motivation positively and negatively, the basic theories of motivation, motivation techniques, and motivation management in professional and social life constitute.

Define the basic terms of motivation.
