OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersle öğrencilerin 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu Hükümlerinin incelenmesi ile öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazandırmak amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ders kapsamında eski TTK ve Yargı kararları ile gerektiğinde karşılaştırılarak, Ticari İşletme hukuku, şirketler hukuku ve kıymetli evrak hukukunun temel kavramları konuları işlenecektir.
