Aim of the Program
The aim is to train qualified Telehealth Technicians who can participate in the digital transformation process of healthcare services, effectively use telehealth technologies, securely carry out remote patient monitoring and data management processes, act in accordance with relevant legislation and professional ethical principles, have developed teamwork and communication skills, and are open to lifelong learning.
Our students in the Istanbul Gelişim University Health Services Vocational School Telehealth Technician program graduate as Telehealth Technicians. Our graduates:
1. Gain up-to-date knowledge and application skills regarding telehealth systems and technologies.
2. Effectively contribute to remote care, consultation, and patient monitoring processes.
3. Act in accordance with data security, patient privacy, and ethical standards.
4. Can establish coordinated and effective communication with healthcare professionals.

The Telehealth Technician Program aims to enable its graduates to provide qualified healthcare services in remote care, monitoring, and data management processes by effectively using telehealth technologies.

To train confident healthcare technicians who effectively utilize technology in the field of telehealth, possess professional ethical values, and have international qualifications; to conduct scientific research and develop innovative solutions in the areas of remote healthcare services, digital health management, and health informatics with sustainability principles; to contribute to the widespread adoption of telehealth applications that support the community's access to healthcare services; and to provide qualified healthcare professionals who serve humanity and embrace lifelong learning.
